Today is a monumental day for Astute Licensing, as we announce a huge milestone for our company. We are delighted to share that we are one of the very first Flexera technology integration partners!
Flexera recognises the innovation and progress Astute Licensing is bringing to the SAM industry. Flexera shared a powerful new vision for SAM, in its webcast on how “the SAM game has changed” earlier today where the announcement was made. Flexera is the industry-leading SAM tool set provider, with a reputation of delivering huge value for customers. This aligns perfectly with our organisational mission and through this partnership, enhances our capability to deliver on it.
Astute LDM, our unique enterprise-focused Licence Demand Management technology, can now integrate directly with FlexNet Manager Suite and App Portal. The Flexera integration will allow us to leverage the powerful data in these systems to allocate spare licences directly to requests, call current validated licence position counts, predict future noncompliance risks before they happen, and much, much more.
The aim of our technology is to stop expensive audits and compliance risks in the Server and Cloud estate, whilst reducing spend. We achieve this by empowering teams to control and validate all software demand before and during its entry to the estate, stopping risk. We leverage the future demand to produce consolidated demand reports to empower better deals, predict non-compliance, identify optimization opportunities and ultimately help to save up to 10 percent on annual capital spend each year.
Astute Licensing has had a great start 2017. A successful go-live in Chicago, a customer who saved over $1 million in the first four months of using Astute LDM, and now this powerful partnership. As we continue to go from strength to strength, we look forward to meeting more and more of you at Gartner’s SAM and Procurement event in September, through our new relationship with Flexera, and of course working together directly.
