Prior to using Astute LDM, project demand was managed through e-mail requests to the Software Asset Management team and difficult to report on. Astute LDM has helped us simplify the approach and manage the software package packages on offer to projects. Procurement now have up to minute access to new demand against license agreements and forecasted dates for when spare licenses may run out. Enabling a more informed decision making process ahead of any contract renewal anniversaries."
