Integration options
AstuteLDM has been designed to work either as a full stand alone product, which can manage the full request cycle for software, or seamlessly works along side your existing SAM tools and ITSM tools. Our goal is not to replace these tools, but enhance with the missing functionality needed to ensure we stop risk in the enterprise space.
We have a range of options to enhance your existing investments:
SAM tools
We connect in to existing SAM tools to leverage any spare licences, which can be directly allocated to future requests, ringfencing the licences to prevent them being used elsewhere. We also use the licence positions and can share contractual and inventory information.
ITSM tools
If you are using your ITSM tool for ticking, we can seamlessly integrate into this process.
Procurement tools
Some organisations use tools like Ariba to manage requests, we can use the punch out here to integrate.
